Everyone loves my stone massage. A therapist that performs a La Stone Massage is a certified La Stone Therapist trained by a certified La Stone Instructor. With this training, there are no videos. It is done one-on-one or in a small group setting. This training involves 30 hours of intense training. Everything is covered from preparing the tank, setting up the stones in the tank, usage of the hot stones and cold stones in your massage and sanitation. All these things are important to maintain a clean and sanitary environment for you the client and for me as a therapist. The tank used is a heavy duty Nesco® specially made for heating the stones.

This type of massage is referred to as Geothermotherapy - coming from the earth. The Basalt stones are used hot while Marble, Sardonyx and Jade stones are used cold. This type of therapy causes the nervous system to relax due to alternating temperatures. Anyone that has received my hot stone massage has not stopped talking about it.

During a La Stone Massage, you are draped with a beach towel. There is energy work done, which opens the energy centers of your body. There is stone placement on the body, but on top of the beach towel. You are massaged with stones. When I am finished on the front of the body, the energy centers are closed. I will assist you in turning over so that I can massage the back of your body. There is also stone placement for the back as well. Let your senses experience aromas that will soothe and relax you.
