Hair Removal
The gentle effects of wax, to remove unwanted facial and body hair. If you have been using Retin-a, Differin, Accutance or any oral or topical antibiotics in the last 6 months, it is not advisable to have any waxing services. Do so at your own risk. Consult with the aesthetician prior to any waxing.

Important Information about Waxing
1. When booking a waxing service, please make sure you have at least 1/4 inch of growth by the day of your appointment. Refrain from shaving for at least 3 to 4 weeks prior to your waxing appointment.
2. Common side effects can include: slight irritation, redness, and stinging.
3. Certain medical conditions such as diabetes, pregnancy or a predisposition to cold sores may cause heightened sensitivity of the skin. Check with your physician before waxing.
4. Taking Ibuprofen (anti-inflammatory) 1 hour prior to your waxing appointment may help minimize redness or inflammation.
5. For those who can not tolerate Ibuprofen, or would just like to try `NO-SCREAM CREAM´, this product can be applied to the area to be waxed 30 - 45 minutes prior to your waxing appointment. There is minimal discomfort. Speak to your aesthetician prior to your appointment.
6. Avoid waxing 3-4 days before or after your menstrual cycle. You are likely to experience heightened sensitivity.
7. I do not recommend waxing sunburned skin or if you have been in a tanning bed within 24 hours prior to or after waxing.
